Warranty Coverage

All of our bounce houses are backed by a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s covered:

• Defects in seams or stitching

• Faulty air valves or blower connectors

• Structural issues due to poor manufacturing

What’s not covered:

• Damage due to misuse, improper setup, or weather conditions

• Normal wear and tear

• Punctures, tears, or mold from improper storage

Safety Guidelines

We design every bounce house with safety as a top priority. To ensure safe play, please follow these guidelines:

1. Adult Supervision Required
Always supervise children while in use. Never leave children unattended.

2. Age & Weight Limits
Follow the recommended age and weight limits specified in your instruction manual. Avoid overcrowding.

3. Setup on Soft, Flat Surfaces
Use on grass or soft ground, away from sharp objects, fences, or hard surfaces. Always stake the bounce house securely.

4. Weather Awareness
Do not use in high winds, rain, or extreme heat. Deflate and store safely when not in use.

5. No Shoes, Food, or Pets Inside
Remove shoes, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering. Keep food, drinks, and pets away from the inflatable.

6. Store Properly
After use, dry the bounce house completely before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
