Shipping Policies

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: During peak seasons or promotional sales, shipping times may vary slightly.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package all the way to your doorstep.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Double-check the shipping address on your confirmation email

  • Look around your property or ask neighbors

  • Contact your local carrier for more details

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or help resolve the issue promptly.
