1. What ages are your bounce houses suitable for?

Our inflatable bounce houses are designed for kids aged 3–10 years old, depending on the specific model. Please check the product listing for recommended age ranges and weight limits.


2. Are your bounce houses safe?

Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our products are made from durable, non-toxic materials and include reinforced seams, secure anchor points, and mesh siding for visibility. Always supervise children while in use.


3. What is included with my bounce house?

Each bounce house includes:

  • The inflatable unit

  • A high-powered air blower (UL certified)

  • Ground stakes

  • Storage/carrying bag

  • Repair kit

  • Setup instructions


4. How long does it take to set up?

Most bounce houses inflate in under 2 minutes with the included blower. Just plug it in, secure the anchors, and you're ready to bounce! Deflating and packing up is just as easy.


5. Can I use it indoors?

Some models can be used indoors, provided you have enough space and high ceilings. Always review the product dimensions and ensure proper ventilation and supervision.


6. How do I clean and store the bounce house?

Clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Make sure the unit is completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mildew. Store in a cool, dry place.


7. When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.


8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.


9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items. If you're not satisfied, contact us at [support@playcationinc.com] and we’ll help you with the return process.


10. What if my item is damaged or defective?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.


11. Do you offer gift cards or gift options?

Yes, we offer digital gift vouchers that make perfect presents for birthdays and holidays. Gift wrapping is not currently available.
